Counseling services are provided for adult (18+) residents of Texas with virtual or in-person sessions at my office in Dallas, Texas. Sessions are approximately 50 minutes long, weekly or every other week.
Fee
The fee for a counseling session is $125. I am out-of-network with insurance providers, but can provide a superbill for out-of-network benefits so that you can pursue reimbursement. I provide a limited number of spots at a reduced rate for those experiencing financial difficulty through Open Path Collective. I am also a provider with Spring Health EAP, so if your company uses Spring Health you can find me on their platform as well.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected cost for medical services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a GFE before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill. You will receive a copy of your GFE.
